WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship orders for FREE. An optional $10 Express service is also available. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard Free Shipping Orders: Within 3 -7 working days from order despatch as a guideline.

Express Orders: 2 working days if ordered prior to 12pm.

The regular mail service used for our FREE SHIPPING option is untracked. If you require tracking and more certainty with delivery times we recommend you select the Express service. 

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows.

We are unable to assist in cases where an order is entered with an incorrect address however we will refund any incorrectly addressed orders that are returned to us by the carrier.
